Reliance Global Logistics is seeking a Carrier Sales Representative to join our growing team in Charleston, South Carolina. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate or early-career professional who wants to develop valuable business, sales, and relationship management skills while building a long-term career in transportation and logistics. As a Carrier Sales Representative , you will be responsible for building relationships with transportation providers across North America and securing carrier capacity for customer shipments. You will negotiate rates, solve problems, communicate with carriers and internal teams, and play a critical role in delivering on the Reliance Promise.

What you’re expected to do:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with trucking companies and transportation providers
• Source new carrier partners to support customer freight needs
• Negotiate rates and secure transportation capacity
• Manage carrier onboarding and compliance processes
• Track shipments and proactively communicate updates
• Resolve transportation issues quickly and professionally
• Utilize transportation management systems and technology tools effectively
• Collaborate closely with operations, client success, and sales teams
• Learn transportation markets, industry trends, and logistics fundamentals
• Continuously develop your sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
