The Telecommunications Operator is a vital part of the Telecommunications Team. In this role, you will:

• Manage internal and external calls
• Monitor and respond to all codes, trauma and hospital wide alarm activity
• Relay information over paging system and beepers
• Courteously provide information to visitors
• Maintain knowledge of safety and emergency systems at the switchboard.

This position has a flexible schedule and very supportive leadership team who provide training and resources to ensure you succeed! Previous switchboard experience is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent, strong customer service and basic computer skills required.

Pay Range: $18.00 - $24.23

The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
