You’ll be:\n\n Reading production schedules and preparing for machine changeovers and runs\n Operating and setting up machines to emboss holographic images and slit rolls of film\n Starting and stopping machine operation, aligning and fastening machine parts, threading or feeding film, and adjusting temperature, speed, and flow rate\n Observing machines during operation to detect defects and making necessary adjustments\n Recording production quantities, performing quality control checks, and consulting with Team Leads or technical staff as needed\n Handling materials, packing, loading/unloading, using carts, pallet jacks, or forklifts\n Cleaning machines and parts between runs and supporting hazardous material handling requirements\n Cross-training on other teams and assisting operators as needed\nThis job might be an outstanding fit if you:\n\n Have a high school diploma or GED (required)\n Have experience in a manufacturing environment and/or possess strong mechanical aptitude (preferred)\n Are comfortable with physical demands including lifting up to 65 pounds, standing/walking for extended periods, and performing visual inspections\n Possess strong verbal and written communication skills and basic computer skills\n Are willing to learn, work overtime, and adapt to a challenging environment—including working 1 to 2 weekends per month\n Have experience with 5S or are willing to learn\n Can complete a respiratory clearance exam and use a respirator as needed\n Thrive in a team-oriented, flexible setting\nWhat happens next\nOnce you apply, you’ll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit. You’ll be:\n\n Reading production schedules for machine changeovers and runs\n Ensuring inventory sufficiency for production needs\n Operating machine control panels to start, stop, and adjust equipment\n Aligning or fastening machine parts using hand tools and performing changeovers\n Threading and feeding film through rollers, adjusting temperature, speed, and flow rates\n Observing machines/products during operation, making adjustments to ensure quality standards\n Recording production run quantities, performing quality control checks, and consulting with Team Lead/technical staff as needed\n Handling materials, loading/unloading products, packing, and transporting using carts, pallet jacks, or forklifts\n Cleaning machines and parts between runs\n Operating and setting up embossing and converting machines, applying holographic images, and slitting rolls of film\n Using computer equipment to print production run sheets, labels, and conduct QA testing\n Following hazardous material handling requirements when working with solvents\n Cross-training and assisting other teams as needed\nThis job might be an outstanding fit if you:\n\n Have a high school diploma or GED (required)\n Bring experience in a manufacturing environment and/or possess mechanical aptitude (preferred)\n Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills and good judgment\n Have basic computer skills and a willingness to learn new tasks\n Are flexible and open to working in other departments as assigned\n Are able to adapt to a fast-paced, challenging environment\n Can stand, walk, lift up to 65 pounds, use hand tools, and operate forklifts/fork trucks\n Are comfortable using a respirator (after completing a clearance exam)\n Are willing to work overtime and 1–2 weekends per month\nWhat happens next\nOnce you apply, you’ll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
