Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop personalized therapy strategies that align with each client's goals.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions in individual, family, and group settings, utilizing methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive and cohesive client care, ensuring that all aspects of a client’s needs are addressed.

• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Actively engage in ongoing professional development workshops to stay current with emerging trends and research in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will serve a diverse clientele, including individuals and families grappling with various mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Must possess active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.

• At least two years of clinical counseling experience with a focus on delivering high-quality therapeutic services.
