CNC Lathe Programmer & Machinist

**This is not an operator position!**
- Program, set up, and operate Mazak CNC Lathes
- Create and modify CNC programs using Mazatrol and Mastercam
- Perform complete machine setups including tooling, offsets, and workholding
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and manufacturing documentation
- Produce tight-tolerance precision machined components
- Optimize feeds, speeds, and machining strategies to improve efficiency
- Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections
- Use calipers, micrometers, and other precision inspection equipment
- Troubleshoot machining and programming issues as they arise
- Support production goals while maintaining quality standards
This is a hands-on machining position for someone who enjoys taking ownership of the manufacturing process from programming through finished parts.
