Key Responsibilities

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Organize and conduct engaging group therapy sessions that help clients connect with peers, share their experiences, and learn from one another.
• Individual Counseling: Provide personalized therapy sessions that explore clients' thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, helping them to develop actionable coping strategies.
• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to design individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific goals and preferences, ensuring their voices are heard and valued.
• Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess and document client progress utilizing assessment tools and continuous feedback mechanisms to measure treatment effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Licensure: A current Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license is required.
