• Number of Staff – 40
• Type of staff:
  • Day Shift – 1 charge nurse and 5 nurses, 3 techs
  • Night Shift – 1 charge nurse and 5 nurses, 2 techs
• Patient Ratios – 1:4, charge free of patients - Estimated ratios, not guaranteed
• Type of equipment – Vents, Feeding Pumps, IV Pumps, Wound Vacs, Specialty beds, Suction, Chest Tubes
• EMR - Meditech / CPN

Typical hiring profile

Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)

Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

• Minimum 1-year current acute care hospital PCU experience
• BLS & ACLS
