Senior Insurance Service Specialist

- Monday - Friday 10:00AM - 7:00PM
- Rotating Saturday shift once every 4-6 weeks We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Insurance Service Specialist to join our high-volume service team. In this role, you will act as a subject matter expert, handling complex policy inquiries across multiple communication channels including call, chat, and text. You will be responsible for ensuring technical precision in policy endorsements, maintaining rigorous compliance standards, and serving as a mentor to Level 1 and Level 2 agents to elevate the overall quality of our service delivery. - Inquiry Resolution: Resolve moderate-to-complex customer and policy inquiries via email and chat
- Policy Endorsements & Audits: Accurately execute endorsements, policy changes, and audits across carrier systems
- Multi-State & Multi-Carrier Operations: Navigate top 20 carriers (up to 150 carrier systems) across 5–10 state licenses
- Quality & Compliance: Maintain quality standards of 98%+ accuracy and timeliness while adhering to state regulations and carrier SLAs.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify service trends, document cases precisely in Salesforce, and assist with SOP refinement
