Warehouse Lead - 2nd shift

Your tasks Trains, instructs, oversee and relieves associates whenever needed. Ensures compliance with Plant Safety practices and quality. Trouble shoots daily operations to resolve problems. Encourages teamwork among work groups and communicates effectively. Works to achieve continuous improvements and updates work instructions. Maintains cycle counts and SAP records. Gives direction to hourly associates to complete the daily workload. Participates in all activities of a material handler.
