The facility operates under a fully autonomous, CRNA-only practice model with a broad surgical case mix and a predictable daily schedule. The setting is a small community facility with a low cost of living, and travel coverage is provided for the assignment. Access to the area is available via Dodge City Regional Airport, which offers direct flights to Denver.

Kansas offers a range of regional attractions suited to diverse interests. Visitors may explore wildlife destinations such as Safari Zoological Park, Sunset Zoo, and Maxwell Wildlife Preserve, as well as historical and cultural sites including Boot Hill Museum, the Museum of World Treasures, and Watkins Museum of History. Natural sites such as Kanopolis Lake and the Strataca salt mine, alongside unique landmarks like Truckhenge and the OZ Museum, provide additional options for exploration throughout the state. The region hosts year-round events spanning arts, culture, and athletics.

Clinicians in this role will provide autonomous anesthesia services during day shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday, at an operating room facility in Kansas. Call coverage consists of OR-only beeper call every other night and one weekend per two-week rotation, with a 30-minute response time required; weekend call runs Saturday through Sunday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM. The surgical case mix is broad within a CRNA-only practice model, offering a predictable schedule with full travel coverage. Board certification and prescriptive authority are required for all clinicians in this role.
