Role Pathology MD responsible for diagnosing diseases through tissue, blood, and fluid examinations. Key Duties Perform gross and microscopic tissue analysis Interpret results Conduct autopsies Communicate findings Maintain records Ensure quality control Participate in case reviews Qualifications MD or DO degree with residency in pathology Board certification by ABP or AOBP Active unrestricted Ohio medical license Preferably at least one year of clinical experience Skills Strong knowledge of pathology principles Analytical abilities Precision Proficiency with lab software and EMR Excellent communication Adaptability Additional Requirements Ability to work in diverse healthcare settings, adhere to laboratory and regulatory standards, and stay current with certifications.
