About the Position

Cleveland, Ohio Diagnostic Radiologist Locum Tenens Opportunity Diagnostic Imaging Coverage • CT, Ultrasound, and X-ray • Light Procedures Available

Rhino Medical is leading the charge seeking a Diagnostic Radiologist for a locum tenens opportunity in Cleveland, Ohio. This role supports a general diagnostic radiology workflow across inpatient and outpatient imaging, with the option to perform light, CT/US-guided procedures.

Opportunity Details

• Location: Cleveland, Ohio
• Assignment Type: Locum Tenens
• Setting: General diagnostic radiology with inpatient and outpatient imaging
• Coverage: Monday–Friday, 1–2 weeks per month

Schedule Details

• Shift hours vary: 7:00–16:00, 7:30–16:30, 8:00–17:00, or 8:30–17:30
• 8 hours of work with a 30-minute to 1-hour lunch break (total shift length approximately 8.5–9 hours)
• No overtime expected

Clinical Scope

• Interpret general diagnostic imaging, including:
  • CT (unenhanced head and C-spine; Level II trauma included)
  • Ultrasound (including first trimester)
  • X-ray
• Light procedures (preferred/available):
  • CT/US-guided abscess drainages
  • Biopsies
  • Chest tubes
  • Thyroid FNA
• Workflow includes reading cases in sequence across inpatient, outpatient, and STAT lists to support consistent coverage

Practice Environment

• PACS: AGFA EI
• Voice Recognition: Powerscribe 360
• EMR: EPIC

Requirements

• Board Certified by the American Board of Radiology
• Ohio medical license, or IMLC (LOQ in hand)
• ACLS certification documentation through the American Heart Association (required prior to being added to the schedule for procedural capability)
• NPDB self-query completed within the last 6 months

Preferred Qualifications

• Fellowship-trained background (subspecialty fellowship preferred)
• Experience supporting light CT/US-guided procedures
