Plasma Processor

Collect and process donor samples for processing and testing Record product and sample weights Label samples and freeze units for final packing within the required timeframe Pack units for final shipment Pack samples and prepare shipping boxes for delivery to the testing laboratory Monitor stored products Report equipment working conditions Maintain accurate donor files Handle shipping and inventory control responsibilities Maintain active communication and quality in plasma-center operations Requirements High School diploma or GED Superior customer service standards Ability to work a flexible schedule Organizational, computer, and troubleshooting skills Ability to work in extreme temperatures, including exposure to extreme cold below 32°F Ability to comprehend and follow oral and written instructions Ability to listen to and understand spoken information and ideas Ability to perform precise, coordinated finger, hand, and wrist movements Hearing acuity essential Color perception/discrimination Near and far vision correctable to 20/30 in one eye and 20/100 in the other eye Ability to stand for 4 to 6 hours per day Ability to bend and twist neck and waist for 1-2 hours per day Ability to lift 25-35 lbs for 1-2 hours per day, with a maximum lift of 50 lbs Ability to perform frequent hand and foot movements and occasional squatting, crouching, or sitting on heels Core Competencies Demonstrates strong organizational and troubleshooting skills while maintaining accurate donor files and ensuring quality in plasma-center operations. Capable of handling shipping and inventory control responsibilities in compliance with safety and operational standards.
