Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Put your expertise to work supporting students as a Behavior Coach / Interventionist at a school near Goodyear, AZ. Your commitment to helping students with behavioral and emotional needs will help create more positive and productive learning environments. This is a contract opportunity, working 8 hours per day on all student school days.

Candidates should bring at least 3 years of direct experience working with children who have behavioral and emotional disabilities, along with the ability to communicate compassionately and clearly with students, families, and school staff. Bilingual candidates, with fluency in both Spanish and English, are preferred to help meet the needs of a diverse community.

Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Minimum 3 years working with students who have behavioral and emotional disabilities
• Training and hands-on experience with Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS or PBS)
• Experience supporting linguistically and culturally diverse students
• Bilingual (Spanish and English) preferred
• Valid Arizona Identity Verified Prints (IVP) Fingerprint Clearance Card (AZ IVP FPCC) must be obtained and maintained

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement evidence-based behavior interventions and supports for individual students and groups
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and monitor behavior improvement plans
• Deliver professional development and coaching to school staff on behavioral strategies
• Monitor student progress, collect and analyze data, and adjust interventions as needed
• Foster an inclusive, respectful learning environment for students from various backgrounds
