Better Bath is hiring top performers to generate leads and drive real revenue through retail partnerships and live events. What You'll Do:
- Engage homeowners inside Home Depot and turn conversations into qualified leads
- Build relationships with Home Depot associates to create a steady flow of referrals
- Set up and run in-store events that generate consistent lead volume
- Represent Better Bath at home shows and local events, competing for attention and winning it
- Track your performance and push to beat your numbers every week

- Sales-minded individuals who know how to guide a conversation toward action
- Self-starters who don't need to be micromanaged
- Competitive personalities who want to be at the top of the leaderboard
- Weekend availability (this is when the money is made)

Compensation:
