Distribution Technology Manager

Ethicon seeks a Distribution Technology Manager for its Memphis Logistics Center to lead system-related projects and serve as product owner for the MARC WMS application. The role involves managing distribution technology initiatives, overseeing warehouse management systems, and driving process improvements across the North American delivery network.

Responsibilities

Lead distribution projects and manage project team structure and resourcing
Act as product owner for MARC WMS application, overseeing processes and system enhancements
Manage internal employees and external contractors while driving accountability and project delivery
Support deployments of WMS, TMS, WCS, and affiliated distribution systems across the network
Develop business cases, conduct feasibility assessments, and drive change management initiatives

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, engineering, IT, or related field
Minimum 3 years warehouse environment experience
Strong analytical and data management skills with reporting documentation expertise
Experience with MARC WMS platform preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
Knowledge of warehouse management systems, SAP, transportation systems, and WCS platforms
Ability to communicate and influence across organizational levels
