Job Description
- Manage all phases of mission-critical projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Oversee installation and integration of complex MEP systems within data center environments.
- Ensure compliance with stringent safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, subcontractors, and technical teams to meet project objectives.
- Monitor budgets, timelines, and risk management strategies to ensure successful delivery.

The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate is a highly organized and detail-oriented leader with deep experience in mission-critical construction. They possess strong technical knowledge of MEP systems and data center infrastructure, combined with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. This person thrives under pressure, anticipates challenges, and delivers projects with precision and efficiency. Familiarity with advanced scheduling tools and a commitment to safety and quality are essential.
- 7+ years of experience in commercial construction project management, with a focus on mission-critical or data center projects.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems and critical infrastructure requirements.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale, complex projects.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, etc.).
