Hybrid (3 Days Onsite, Tuesday Required) We’re seeking an organized and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to support campaigns across CRM, Email, SMS, Paid Media, SEO, and Affiliate Marketing. This newly created role is ideal for an early‑career marketer looking to gain hands‑on experience in performance marketing and e‑commerce. What You’ll Do Coordinate and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels Manage timelines, deliverables, assets, and approvals to ensure on‑time launches Support CRM, email, and SMS marketing initiatives Assist with paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok Perform campaign QA, including links, tracking, and creative reviews Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting and optimization recommendations Partner with internal teams and external agencies to keep projects moving forward What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field Approximately 1+ year of marketing, e‑commerce, or digital marketing experience Exposure to CRM, email marketing, paid media, SEO, or analytics preferred Strong organizational and project management skills Comfortable working cross‑functionally and following up on deadlines Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail Experience with Salesforce or similar marketing platforms is a plus Nice to Have Beauty, retail, hospitality, or customer‑facing experience Sales or service background with an understanding of customer behavior #J-18808-Ljbffr 24 Seven Talent
