With a demand from our premier high-end customers, we started an electrical division . Our experience has allowed us to tackle some of the most challenging multi-million-dollar infrastructure/cabling projects within the industrial, commercial & civil business sectors. With our team of qualified project managers and supervisors, we are able to handle multi-faceted projects from pre-construction to complete turnkey solutions.
Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all aspects of construction projects from start to finish.
• Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
• Oversee the scheduling and sequencing of work activities.
• Ability to Implement and control job site safety such as proper attire, safety meetings, safety documentation, on-site safety postings & vary knowledgeable in OSHA requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with quality control standards.
• Review and interpret construction plans, schematics, and contract documents.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to resolve any design or construction issues.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders/GS’s/PM/GM
• Experience in the scopes above and knowledgeable of all commercial related building trades
• Ability to proficiently read, comprehend and execute plan drawings.
• Must have a proven track record for keeping projects on schedule within budget and maintaining the highest of quality and adherence to plans and specifications (Please submit project list)
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a commercial superintendent
• You need to be tech savvy (Outlook, Word, Excel, and internet is a must)
• Excellent leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Must be self-motivated, proactive, highly organized, extremely detail-oriented and customer-service focused.
• Exceptional communication skills. Maintain positive relationships with clients, specialty trade contractors, vendors, and employees.
• Keeping the job site clean and organized daily is a must.
• Provide Progress reporting on areas such as sub-contractor performance, job progress, permitting, site issues, troubleshooting and accident reports.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug testing.
• Must be able to meet all new hire requirements set by E-Verify
• A college degree or technical training is a plus.
• Bi-lingual is a plus.                                                            

Qualifications:

• - Proven experience as a Superintendent or similar role in the commercial electrical industry
• - Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
• - Familiarity with construction estimating and budgeting
• - Excellent leadership and supervisory skills
• - Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams
• - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• - Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols

A competitive salary & benefits package will be commensurate with the individual's qualifications/experience.

A company truck will be provided depending on experience and location.

This electrical superintendent is a travelling position requiring 8-10 hour shifts, working at times evenings and weekends to suit the business needs. Over time required as per business needs also.
