As an electrician, you will be responsible for safely performing the installation, maintenance and repairs of electrical equipment and building electrical power distribution systems. Apply now to take the next step in your career!What You Will Do:Champion a safety-first mindset, ensuring a hazard free work environmentInstall, maintain, and repair electrical systems for manufacturing equipment and plant infrastructure per local and National Electric CodesTroubleshoot and repair electrical components of CNC machining centers and other industrial equipmentConduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize efficiencyRead schematics and blueprints, estimating materials and parts for projectsMaintain accurate documentation of labor hours, work orders, and equipment statusTake initiative to identify, document, and correct problems related to equipment discrepancies and recommend solutionsCoordinate and prioritize work to meet customer needsWork cross-functionally to support production teams and meet operational goals and KPIsContribute to Continuous Improvement initiatives by identifying and implementing process enhancementsExecute daily work assignments directed by the Production ManagerWork with limited supervisionPerform other assigned dutiesWhat You Will Have:Active Journeyman Electrician License or can renew license by date of employmentExperience in a manufacturing or industrial setting as an electricianStrong knowledge of electrical schematics and blueprintsExperience with electrical diagnostic tools (VOM, Megger, etc.)Excellent trouble-shooting skills and ability to work independentlyIntermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applicationsWhat Would Make You a Top Candidate:In-depth knowledge of Fanuc and Siemens controls and applicationsActive Master Electrician License with industrial and/or commercial experiencePhysical Requirements:Ability to stand, sit and perform repetitive operations for extended periodsExposure to 85db+ noise levels and industrial fumesComfortable climbing ladders and working at multiple heightsAbility to lift up to 35 lbs.We are committed to ensuring a supportive and accommodating work environment for all employees.
