Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure
• Experience working in school-based settings
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and virtual service delivery
• Knowledge of home health pediatric therapy best practices
• Strong skills in assessing and supporting gross motor development
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with educators, families, and team members

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations for students requiring OT support
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans tailored to student needs
• Provide direct therapy in schools, homes, and through teletherapy as appropriate
• Track progress and adjust treatment goals in collaboration with educational staff and families
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise and advocacy for the student
• Educate and empower staff and parents with strategies to support student development
• Ensure thorough documentation of sessions, interventions, and progress reports
