Clinical Program Coordinator (Oculoplastic) - Bascom Palmer Eye Institute - Palm Beach Gardens, FL

Role Overview Position: Clinical Program Coordinator (Ocuplastics). Location: Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. This full‑time staff position supports the development, organization, production, and evaluation of departmental program offerings within the assigned unit, providing general oversight to daily program activities and financial monitoring to achieve departmental goals. Responsibilities Evaluate program effectiveness, analyze results, and recommend appropriate action. Coordinate clinical program activities with other departments and staff to ensure optimal efficiency. Serve as the main point of contact to facilitate communication between stakeholders. Develop collaborative partnerships across teams and/or patients to streamline processes and enhance productivity. Train, develop, and empower staff to effectively perform their jobs. Develop program communications and promotional materials for distribution, including newsletters, brochures, and flyers. Prepare reports, including financial statements and records, for management or outside agencies. Ensure confidentiality of patient and hospital business information. Coordinate the maintenance of established supply levels in designated areas. Adhere to University and unit-level policies and procedures and safeguard University assets. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required. Certification and Licensing: Refer to department description for applicable requirements. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Learning Agility – ability to learn new procedures, technologies, and protocols and adapt to changing priorities. Teamwork – ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a team environment. Technical Proficiency – skilled in using office software, technology, and relevant computer applications.
