This full-time contract opportunity offers the chance to collaborate alongside a supportive, multidisciplinary team and impact a diverse caseload that includes students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Intellectual Disabilities (ID). With a small student load and low incidence classrooms, you’ll have the space to build strong, individualized connections and facilitate meaningful progress.

Your role will be entirely onsite, giving you the chance to work closely with educators, support staff, and families as part of a holistic educational approach. Ideal candidates bring prior school-based experience and are energized by making a real difference in an urban setting.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active Pennsylvania state physical therapy license/certification
• Previous experience working in school environments, preferably with K-12 students
• Familiarity with supporting students with ASD and ID
• Willingness to obtain required Pennsylvania clearances before starting
• Proficiency and comfort with onsite, urban school settings
• Ability to provide licensure documentation upon request

Responsibilities Include:

• Delivering high-quality physical therapy services to K-12 students as part of individualized education plans
• Collaborating with teachers, school specialists, and families to optimize student outcomes
• Documenting progress and adjusting therapeutic approaches as needed
• Participating in team meetings and IEP discussions
• Adhering to school protocols and compliance standards

This role features a 35-hour workweek, a single opening, and a start date as soon as possible, continuing through June 10, 2027. All interviews will be conducted via Zoom.
