Job Summary The Sr. Financial Analyst will be part of the Corporate Accounting & Finance team and act as a key business partner to the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and the Technology Leadership Team (TLT). The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a proactive and analytical mindset that enjoys a challenging and fast-paced environment. You will own all aspects of IT spend from monthly close and reporting to budgeting, forecasting and capital expenditure tracking. This is a highly visible role within the organization, ideal for someone with strong IT acumen and a passion for tracking, reporting, and analyzing IT spend. Job Location This is a hybrid role based out of our Atlanta, GA Corporate office. Job Responsibilities Responsible for monthly financial close, including preparing and posting journal entries, determining necessary accruals, reconciliations, and adhering to SOX controls. Analysis and review of monthly balance sheet movements and preparation of selected account reconciliations. Prepare the monthly management reporting. Review of corporate financial results for accuracy & reasonableness including reporting and analysis of monthly financial variances. Track capital expenditures and manage project accounting and labor utilization analysis. Utilize tools such as Tableau, advanced Excel to build dashboards, models, and reports. Ability to model and forecast anticipated expenditure. Support the budget & forecast process for select departments, including preparation of annual budgets for the corporate group, as well as updates throughout the year. Provide insight during implementation of system tools. Identify and implement new capabilities to improve processes. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. 3+ years of related experience. Prior experience in IT Finance strongly preferred. Strong understanding of GAAP, Capex, and corporate finance principles. Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a drive for automation. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required (V-Lookups, X-Lookups, Power Query and Pivot Tables), competency with financial systems and tools – M3 and Blackline experience a plus. Excellent communication and presentation skills to executive management audiences. Demonstrated team player, comfortable in a team environment with changing priorities and time pressures.
