Senior Financial Analyst

Position Overview The Senior Financial Analyst supports the financial controlling for Sales business units and cost centers by assisting in the preparation of monthly financial management reports, evaluating project plans, forecasting, and budgeting. Roles & Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for the Sales departments. Develop and improve financial reporting, analysis, and procedures for new programs and business units. Partner with senior management and department teams to evaluate projects, business cases, and financial performance. Support the preparation of financial presentations for management and the Board of Directors. Monitor compliance with internal controls, management policies, and reporting requirements. Analyze financial data to identify risks, opportunities, accrual adjustments, and reconciliation issues. Prepare month‑end and sales‑related reports, including PURe allocations, Incentives, PMAP, and CMP reporting. Provide support for internal and external audits and the SAP S/4HANA transition initiative. Serve as a technical expert, mentor analyst colleagues, and act as a cross‑functional consultant for various projects and teams. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or equivalent required. Advanced degree and/or CPA preferred. Experience: 3‑5 years in corporate finance and/or accounting, 2+ years of financial planning & analysis experience. Must have experience with month‑end close, journal entries, and account reconciliations. Skills: Detail‑oriented analytical skills, solid understanding of basic accounting principles, excellent quantitative, written, and presentation skills, innovative and organized, strong computer skills (MS Excel, PowerPoint), SAP FI/CO and S4 HANA experience desirable, ability to interact with all levels of the organization. Travel: 0% required. Schedule/Shift: Hybrid. Salary: $85,000‑$110,000 (dependent on geographic location). Salary ranges are reviewed regularly and adjusted as needed. Must work at a desk with prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer. Must be able to walk, sit, stand, climb stairs on occasion and work in an open office/noisy environment.
