Accountant Sr.

Job Title

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team. This role is essential in supporting our Risk & Governance initiatives, especially during periods of high processing volume. The successful candidate will have a strong accounting background and will be integral in project closeouts and financial processing.

Salary Range: Competitive and commensurate with experience

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
• Accounting background - General understanding of accounting principles with 3-5 years of experience
• Excel - Intermediate level skills, including VLOOKUPS and baseline functions, with 3-5 years of experience
• 100% onsite presence is mandatory for the role

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Advanced Excel skills - including macro level and high-level formulas
• Experience with Power BI and power platforms

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Engage in construction accounting
• Manage purchase orders, invoices, and project closeouts
• Ensure accurate classification and payment of costs and invoices for completed projects
• Utilize Excel extensively for transaction journal manipulation and data analysis
• Participate in comprehensive training sessions to ensure proficiency in role-specific tasks
