Second Shift · 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Strong immediate need Ideal for candidates who prefer a steady pace, meaningful evening engagement, and a shift where consistency has a major impact. What to Expect in This Role Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Support mobility and safe transfers Monitor residents and report changes in condition Build relationships through daily interaction and engagement Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment Work closely with team members to ensure continuity of care Support meal service and light housekeeping as needed What It Takes to Succeed Here Active CNA certification in Massachusetts Reliable attendance and strong sense of responsibility Clear communication with residents, families, and team members Respect for resident dignity, privacy, and independence Comfort working in a small, team-oriented environment Willingness to step in and support teammates when needed This is not a role for someone who prefers anonymity.
