Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner - Auburn Park, Illinois Job#16838683

A communitybased behavioral health practice in Illinois is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to provide outpatient psychiatric care delivering highquality services to underserved populations. The PMHNP will conduct new psychiatric evaluations, manage followup med checks, and provide therapeutic support for patients experiencing a wide range of mental health conditions. The role offers flexible scheduling options, strong collaborating physician support, and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

Experience or interest in outpatient psychiatry
Comfort treating depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance use
Ability to perform timely psychiatric evaluations and medmanagement visits
Strong communication and patientengagement skills
Active PMHNP certification
Eligible for Illinois APRN licensure
