Senior Financial Analyst

We're working with a growing organization to hire a Senior Financial Analyst to support leadership through budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. This role partners closely with Accounting and Operations and plays a key role in driving business decisions.

What You'll Do

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
  
• Perform variance analysis and explain key drivers
  
• Build financial models and dashboards for leadership
  
• Analyze KPIs, trends, and profitability
  
• Partner crossfunctionally with Accounting and Operations
  
• Support monthend close and reporting
  
• Drive process improvements and support special projects
  

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  
• 4-8+ years of FP&A or financial analysis experience
  
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas)
  
• Experience with ERP systems
  
• Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to nonfinance partners
  

Nice to Have

• MBA or CPA
  
• Experience in fastpaced or multientity environments
  

Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
