Warranty and Parts Operations Administrator

EPIC Windows and Doors is searching for a service parts and warranty administrator. We are looking for an individual that will work directly with our customers in a professional manner. Responsibilities

• Order window and door parts and pieces according to the job card from Service Technicians, Project Managers, Sales, and Delivery and Warehouse groups
• Send quotes to customers and contractors on parts and pieces to determine what to order
• Send Invoices to customers for deposits and balance due invoices
• Submit for warranty reimbursements from our vendors
• Review Tech Reports to determine parts that may need to be ordered
• Determine what parts need to be ordered and if they should be under warranty.
• Orders placed with a variety of window and door vendors using a variety of ordering methods
• Customer Service via telephone calls, emails, and texts.
• Process a variety of documentation
• Special projects as time permits

Requirements and Preferences

• 2-3 years of ordering parts and warranty processing
• Excellent Customer Service
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Problem solving abilities
• Experience in Excel, Word, Outlook, Path WD, Podium, & HCP preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
