Crisis Housing Case Manager Urgent Support
Compass Community Services
Compass Family Services in San Francisco is seeking a Case Manager to help families and pregnant people access emergency hotel rooms, shelter and longer-term housing options, and connect with community resources.
This full-time, on-site role requires crisis experience, strong interpersonal skills, and commitment to equity; duties include crisis intervention, maintaining files in Salesforce, coordinating meals, and responding to housing crises.
