What You'll Do

• Deliver evidence-based rehabilitative and medically necessary treatments to patients with physical functioning disorders under supervision
• Administer procedures including manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and assistive device support
• Assess patient progress and communicate updates to supervising Physical Therapist
• Educate and counsel patients, families, caregivers, and other healthcare team members regarding treatment plans
• Document all patient care activities accurately in electronic health records
• Participate in care conferences, reviews, and training sessions
• Support the supervision and mentoring of students under therapist guidance
• Adhere to all professional practice acts, ethics, and company policies

What You Need

• Active State Licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant
• Prior experience in Long Term Care or similar settings preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Knowledge of clinical interventions and documentation standards
