Talent Acquisition Recruiter

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join a leading client in Omaha, NE. Qualified candidates should have experience managing full-cycle recruiting, developing sourcing strategies, building talent pipelines, and partnering with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent.

Position – Talent Acquisition Recruiter

Location – Omaha, NE 68102

Schedule: Hybrid Remote on Mondays and Fridays Onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday

What you'll do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake meeting through offer acceptance and onboarding support
• Partner with Hiring Managers to understand business goals, workforce plans, and hiring needs
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify, attract, and engage qualified and diverse talent
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Conduct candidate screenings and interviews, providing Hiring Managers with clear and concise candidate evaluations
• Utilize recruiting tools and platforms to proactively source passive candidates
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners to develop and extend competitive offers
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and consistent follow-up
• Build strong relationships with Hiring Managers and business leaders through ongoing consultation and recruitment strategy discussions
• Track recruitment metrics and leverage data to improve hiring outcomes and decision-making
• Ensure compliance with company policies and recruiting best practices throughout the hiring process

What you will have

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3+ years of professional full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting across Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, or related functions preferred
• Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), including Workday or similar platforms
• Experience using CRM tools such as Phenom or related recruiting technologies
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Smart Sourcing, and other sourcing platforms
• Strong ability to build relationships with Hiring Managers, candidates, and cross-functional partners
• Experience developing proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipelines
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to analyze recruiting metrics and use data to drive hiring decisions
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Corporate recruiting functions
• Experience sourcing passive candidates in competitive talent markets
• Strong consultative recruiting and talent advisory skills

Location: Omaha, NE

Work Type: Hybrid (Remote Monday & Friday | Onsite Tuesday–Thursday)

Pay Rate: $35.00 - $40.00/hr
