Transformation Health Services is a growing outpatient behavioral health private practice dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care. We are seeking a fully licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our collaborative team serving patients in Richmond, Virginia. If you're looking for a practice that provides a steady referral stream, administrative support, and the flexibility to focus on patient care, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based individual, family, and/or couples therapy.
• Treat a variety of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, and adjustment disorders.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with psychiatric providers and other members of the treatment team.
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered outpatient care.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia license as an RIC, MSW Supervisee, LPC or LCSW
• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
• Excellent clinical assessment and documentation skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic interventions
• Experience in an outpatient behavioral health setting
• Experience working with adults, adolescents, and families
