We specialize in high-quality Sealed Lead Acid (SLA) batteries and energy storage solutions, serving distributors, wholesalers, and commercial customers throughout the United States. As we expand our presence in the North American market, we are seeking an experienced and well-connected Sales Manager to accelerate business growth and strengthen our distribution network. Position Overview We are looking for a results-driven National Sales Manager with extensive experience in the traditional Sealed Lead Acid (SLA) battery industry. The ideal candidate already has an established network of battery distributors, wholesalers, and industry buyers across the United States. This is a hands-on, business development-focused position for an industry professional who can leverage existing relationships, develop new accounts, generate sales, and help build a strong national distribution network. Key Responsibilities Develop and expand sales of SLA batteries through established distribution and wholesale channels. Leverage existing industry relationships to identify and secure new business opportunities. Manage and grow relationships with battery distributors, wholesalers, and key accounts. Develop sales strategies to increase revenue, market penetration, and profitability. Identify and recruit independent sales representatives and regional channel partners. Negotiate pricing, distribution agreements, and commercial terms. Monitor market trends, competitive products, and customer requirements. Collaborate with the U.S. operations team to support inventory planning, customer service, and order fulfillment. Represent KIJO POWER USA at industry trade shows and customer meetings. Qualifications 5+ years of sales experience in the SLA battery industry or closely related battery distribution markets. An established network of active distributor, wholesale, or OEM customer relationships is strongly preferred. Proven ability to develop new accounts and generate measurable sales revenue. Strong understanding of traditional SLA battery applications, products, and distribution channels. Experience working with battery distributors, buying groups, or independent sales representatives. Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills. Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working independently.
