Sacred Souls is the signature lobby cocktail lounge at bohème Hotel. Designed as a gathering place for hotel guests and locals alike, Sacred Souls celebrates thoughtful hospitality, exceptional cocktails, and genuine connection. About the Position At Sacred Souls, our bartenders are at the center of the guest experience. This is a hybrid bartending and service role where team members are responsible for both crafting exceptional cocktails behind the bar and providing attentive table service throughout the lounge. Given the intimate nature of the space, Sacred Souls operates with a floortending model, allowing our team to build genuine connections with guests while delivering a seamless hospitality experience from arrival to departure. Successful candidates are equally comfortable shaking a cocktail, guiding guests through our beverage offerings, delivering drinks to the floor, and creating memorable moments through thoughtful, personalized service. As a bartender at Sacred Souls, you are both a craftsperson and a host—responsible for creating exceptional cocktails while guiding guests through a memorable and personalized experience. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who enjoy engaging with guests, taking ownership of their section, and delivering an elevated cocktail experience without the traditional separation between bartender and server responsibilities. What You’ll Do Deliver warm, personalized hospitality to every guest. Prepare and serve classic, contemporary, and house cocktails with consistency and precision. Develop a deep understanding of our cocktail menu, spirits collection, and beverage philosophy. Confidently guide guests through cocktail selections, spirit recommendations, and personalized beverage experiences. Create memorable experiences through conversation, storytelling, and attentive service. Provide attentive table service throughout the lounge while maintaining ownership of the guest experience from arrival to departure. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually polished bar environment. Execute opening, closing, and daily operational procedures with attention to detail. Manage bar inventory, garnishes, and mise en place to established standards. Collaborate closely with fellow bartenders, hotel teams, and leadership to ensure seamless guest experiences. Uphold all TABC, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards. Qualifications The ideal candidate has at least two years of bartending experience in a cocktail-focused bar, lounge, hotel, or hospitality environment. They possess a strong understanding of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and cocktail techniques, paired with a genuine passion for hospitality and guest engagement. Successful candidates thrive in a hybrid bartending and floor-service environment, communicate effectively, maintain strong attention to detail, and remain organized in a fast-paced setting. Professionalism, composure, and a commitment to continuous learning are essential. A current TABC Certification and Food Handler Certification are required.
