Key Responsibilities Conduct substantive legal research on issues arising in litigation matters. Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents. Analyze case facts and applicable law to support litigation strategy. Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations. Assist with the preparation and presentation of client matters throughout the litigation process. Review and analyze contracts and transactional documents relevant to disputes. Identify contractual provisions and legal issues affecting client positions. Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex litigation cases. Qualifications 2–5 years of litigation experience. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. License to practice law in Michigan. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to review and analyze contracts and transactional documents. Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
