About the Role
The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President for Workforce Development and Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership in workforce development, community employment initiatives, and contract operations. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering employer partnerships. The Assistant Vice President will also be tasked with maintaining compliance, and manager performance, and overseeing the financial sustainability of the assigned operations. Essential duties include leading initiatives that expand competitive integrated employment, building partnerships, and developing and executing operating plans in alignment with the Chief Operating Officer. Applicants must have a valid driver's license and be prepared for regular travel. The role requires demonstrated leadership in managing budgets, revenue, and performance, as well as the ability to build and maintain partnerships. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and experience in workforce development for individuals with disabilities or facing employment barriers is preferred. The position demands a candidate with a strong background in strategic and operational leadership, financial and business acumen, and a proven track record in workforce and community employment leadership. The ideal candidate will have experience in contract-based operations, and multi-state operations, and a background in vocational rehabilitation or community-based employment partnerships.
