Sales Account Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused Sales Account Specialist to support our growing team and help ensure exceptional service throughout the order lifecycle. Job Summary We are seeking a Sales Account Specialist to manage customer accounts and oversee the end-to-end reorder process in a fast-paced cosmetic manufacturing environment. This role serves as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring accurate order execution, on-time delivery, and high levels of customer satisfaction. The role partners closely with supply chain, production planning, logistics, and finance teams to support seamless order management and product lifecycle activities. Responsibilities Manage the full customer reorder process from PO receipt through shipment of finished goods Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, handling daily communication and issue resolution Act as escalation point for customer concerns and ensure timely service recovery Coordinate order status updates, ETAs, and cross-functional alignment with planning and supply chain teams Maintain and track key documentation including BOMs, sales orders, and product changes Support production planning, forecasting, and inventory visibility across accounts Partner with logistics and shipping teams to ensure on-time delivery performance Collaborate with Finance and AR on pricing, billing accuracy, and payment-related issues Participate in customer meetings and internal cross-functional coordination calls Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer service and process efficiency Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred, but not required). 4-6 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or production coordination. Proven ability to lead customer relationships and manage accounts with significant business impact. Strong organizational and project coordination skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; familiarity with SAP preferred. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and production planning (preferred). Why Join COSMAX?
