Customer Support Specialist

IDR is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join one of our top clients for an on-site opportunity in Lexington, KY. This role involves providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced call center environment, supporting corporate lodging and travel arrangements for clients and their employees.


Position Overview for the Customer Support Specialist :

• Manage inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with hotel reservations, modifications, check-ins, and lodging issues
• Input reservation data accurately into proprietary systems to meet client needs
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues over the phone efficiently
• Collaborate with team leads and supervisors to ensure high-quality service and timely completion of duties
• Support corporate clients in coordinating hotel accommodations for various travel needs

Requirements for the Customer Support Specialist :

• High School Diploma or GED
• 6 months or more of call center experience preferred
• 1 year of customer service experience
• Problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
