What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

As our Restaurant Floor Manager , you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring smooth service and an unforgettable experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

- Overseeing daily floor operations to ensure exceptional service and efficiency.

- Managing and motivating a passionate team of staff members.

- Handling administrative tasks and ensuring compliance with restaurant policies.

- Monitoring and maintaining food safety and sanitation standards.

- Addressing guest inquiries, concerns, or feedback with professionalism and care.

- Collaborating with the management team to improve operations and guest satisfaction.

What We're Looking For: Skills & Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.

- Strong leadership and organizational skills with a proactive mindset.

- Administrative expertise to handle scheduling, reporting, and other managerial tasks.

- A valid Manager's ServSafe Certification to ensure food safety compliance.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
