We are seeking an experienced and energetic teacher to join our team! You will be responsible for encouraging children’s intellectual, psychological, and physical growth. Core Responsibilities:

Love to help! Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child. Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.

Love to engage! Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families.

Love to learn! Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.

Love to grow! Children are your passion, and you are looking learn and grow as an educator.

Administrative Responsibilities:

Responsible for ensuring that daily activities and interactions reflect the mission and goals of the program.

Assist individual children in need of special attention, including provide and model additional individualized support as needed.

Assist with physical safety and emotional security of the children.

Create a clean, safe environment that is conducive to learning, promoting social relationships.

Observe the accomplishments of the children on a regular basis, using daily written anecdotal notes, and entering those notes into the COR

Classroom Responsibilities:

Maintain a clean organized classroom.

Proficient in setting up classroom areas and materials.

Creative in planning classroom activities.

Skilled at redirecting and management of challenging behavior.

Minimum Qualification:

2 years of professional experience working with preschoolers.
