This role will serve as a key finance partner to Sales and cross-functional teams to evaluate business performance, identify risks and opportunities, and deliver actionable insights and recommendations that support key commercial decisions. The Senior Financial Analyst will play a lead role in monthly forecasting, period-end reporting and analysis, annual planning, customer profitability analysis, and the development of financial models that enhance decision-making. The successful candidate will leverage strong analytical capabilities, effective communication skills, and commercial business acumen to translate complex data into meaningful insights and recommendations for business partners.Job DescriptionDevelop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the key financial, operational, and commercial drivers impacting the National Accounts businessLead month-end close activities, including reporting, variance analysis, and communication of key financial and business performance driversProactively identify, quantify, and communicate risks and opportunities in a timely manner, providing actionable recommendations to support business objectivesProvide specific, actionable, and forward-looking commentary and recommendations to support monthly forecasting processesPerform SG&A, trade investment, customer profitability, and related performance analysisPlay a key role in the development of the annual operating plan and strategic planning processesDevelop and maintain complex financial models and perform analysis to support commercial initiatives, product development, customer analysis, pricing strategies, and other business opportunitiesPartner with Sales and cross-functional teams to provide insights and recommendations that drive profitable growth and improve financial performanceDrive the development and enhancement of reporting tools, dashboards, and processes to improve data accuracy, reporting efficiency, and business visibilityProvide ad-hoc financial analysis and support to Finance, Sales, and other business stakeholdersBasic & Preferred QualificationsEducation/Experience:Bachelor’s degree required, in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, analytics, FP&A, or related business functionsSkills:Knowledge of P&L management and generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)Demonstrated ability to independently analyze and synthesize complex data into meaningful financial insights and recommendationsAbility to present complex financial information through reports, dashboards, and visualizations to both financial and non-financial audiences, including senior leadersStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate recommendations clearly and build alignment across functionsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify business drivers and develop actionable recommendationsProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPointExperience with Power BI or other business intelligence and visualization tools preferredAbility to manage multiple priorities, lead projects, and work independently with limited supervision in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across functions to solve business challenges and support decision-makingSelf-motivated with the ability to adapt to ambiguity, changing priorities, and evolving business needsIndustry-Competitive BenefitsCoupled with our compensation and bonus incentive programs, our benefits deliver rewards that are market competitive.
