Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member

Responsibilities:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Requirements:
- Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening

- Bilingual Spanish preferred

- Our office is located in 10004 University Blvd (east) & 7536 Dr Phillips Blvd Ste 320 (west).
- Our office is open 8:00a-6:00p M-F 8:30a-12:00p Saturdays.
- I have been a State Farm agent since 1990.
