Procurement & Contracts ManagerSalary: $100,000Location: Orlando, FLWhy This Opportunity Stands Out:Our client is a mission-driven nonprofit organization with statewide impact and is creating a new Procurement & Contracts Manager position to strengthen and modernize its procurement function.This is a highly visible role partnering directly with Finance, Legal, Grants, and Program Leadership across the organization.Opportunity to build procurement processes, templates, policies, and best practices from the ground up.Play a meaningful role supporting federally funded and community-focused programs that positively impact communities throughout Florida.Strong benefits package and long-term organizational stability within a respected nonprofit environment.Collaborative, values-driven culture focused on service, accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement.Excellent opportunity for someone seeking ownership, influence, and the ability to elevate procurement beyond transactional purchasing.Become the organization’s subject matter expert on procurement, contract administration, and compliance.Key Responsibilities for the Procurement & Contracts Manager:Lead procurement and contract administration activities, including solicitations, evaluations, negotiations, and vendor selection.Ensure compliance with federal procurement regulations, including Uniform Guidance (2 CFR Part 200), state requirements, and internal policies.Manage the full contract lifecycle, including amendments, renewals, monitoring, documentation, and closeout activities.Partner with Finance and Grants teams to ensure procurement activities align with budgets, grant requirements, and audit standards.Develop procurement procedures, templates, training materials, and guidance to support organization-wide compliance and consistency.Maintain procurement records and documentation to support audits and regulatory reviews.Qualifications for the Procurement & Contracts Manager:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, or a related field.5+ years of federal procurement and contract administration experience.Strong knowledge of Uniform Guidance (2 CFR Part 200) and federal grant compliance requirements.Experience managing contracts, documentation, audits, and cross-functional stakeholder relationships.Demonstrated ability to develop and improve procurement processes and controls.
