Pharmacist Hospital Pharmacy
Nights (2000 - 0630) every other weekend. No guaranteed hours in order to accommodate a 7 days on, 7 days off schedule.
Assignment Details
Holiday coverage required.
Requirements
- Current unencumbered Pharmacist Licensure required upon submission.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in hospital pharmacy preferred.
- General Certifications (BLS/BCLS) required.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and optimize patients' drug therapy.
- Consult on medication management and drug interactions.
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and standards.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings regarding patient care.
