Responsibilities:

• Accurately prepare, review, and dispense medications for hospital inpatients
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare professionals to develop effective medication plans
• Monitor patient responses to medications and adjust treatments as necessary
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
• Educate patients and healthcare staff about medications, dosages, and potential side effects
• Participate in medication inventory control and assist with pharmacy operations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree required
• Current pharmacist license in good standing
• Previous experience in a hospital inpatient pharmacy setting strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of hospital formulary and drug interactions
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment
