Position Summary :
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) oversees the organization's financial operations, ensuring financial stability, regulatory compliance, and strategic growth. The role partners with executive leadership to drive financial performance and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and healthcare financial regulations.
- Oversee revenue cycle management, including billing, collections, and reimbursements.
- Maintain internal controls and manage audits.
- Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to leadership.
- Lead and develop the finance and accounting team.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 8–10 years of healthcare financial management experience.
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing finance or accounting teams.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, healthcare accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and revenue cycle management.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
