If you’re an LPN who values independence, professionalism, and flexible hours , we want to meet you. What You’ll Do Provide skilled nursing care in clients’ homes under the supervision of an RN. Perform medication administration, wound care, G-tube feeding, and disease monitoring. Accurately document all visits within 24 hours using BrightStar systems. Observe and report changes in condition promptly to the supervising RN. Educate clients and families on safety, medication, and care plans. Schedule Flexible Hours – you control your schedule. Weekday, evening, and weekend visits available.
