The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of JIRA Administration experience, expert knowledge of Atlassian tools, and strong collaboration skills. This position offers remote work options within specific states and focuses on providing exceptional service while managing dynamic projects. The successful candidate will work closely with the government Operations Lead to ensure project milestones are met and will be accountable for guiding decision makers on best practices.
